When do my results show up?
Today's effort keeps updating as you move. Final warband results post the next morning after the sync window shown in the app.
Why is my step count zero?
Activity comes from Apple Health. If you're seeing zeros, open the Health app, tap your profile, then Apps → Swole & Shield. Make sure Steps, Workouts, and Active Energy are turned on, then use Sync now in Swole & Shield Settings.
How do I join a warband?
You need an invite code from a friend who's already in one.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings inside the app and choose Delete Account.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap the player in your Battle roster. The player card has Report and Block actions. Reports open a pre-addressed message to support; we review safety concerns promptly.
